1. Nature of the service
Voice22 provides telecommunication credits only. Purchased credits grant access to outbound international calling functionality. Credits can be used exclusively for outbound international phone calls to standard landline and mobile numbers.
Voice22 does not provide advice, coaching, support, guidance, or any personal services. No account creation or login is required to use the service.
2. Credits and usage
Credits are deducted based on call duration, destination country, and the applicable per-minute rate at the time of the call. Rates may vary and may change due to telecom routing and carrier costs.
- Credits are delivered digitally (access code / PIN).
- Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
- Credits do not represent minutes or time guarantees.
3. Payments
Payments are one-time prepaid transactions. No subscriptions or recurring billing are offered. Supported payment methods may include cards and prepaid voucher payments (such as Paysafecard), depending on availability.
4. Refund policy
See the Refunds page for details. Due to the nature of digital telecom credits, refunds are generally not available once credits are delivered or used.
5. Service availability and no guarantees
Voice22 does not guarantee call quality, availability to specific destinations, or uninterrupted service. Service availability depends on third-party carriers and telecom routing.
6. Prohibited use
You agree not to use the service for resale, illegal activity, automated calling systems, or fraudulent purposes.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voice22 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
